At Kitchen a la Mode, we understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel your attendance at one of our events. We have a fair and transparent cancellation policy in place to ensure that both our customers and our business are protected.
Full Refund with 72 Hour Notice
If you need to cancel your attendance at an event, we are happy to provide a full refund if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to make any necessary adjustments and offer the spot to someone else.
50% Refund for Cancellations between 72 and 24 Hour Notice
If you find that you need to cancel your attendance between 72 and 24 hours before the event, we can offer a 50% refund. While this may not be a full refund, it reflects the costs and preparations that have already been made for the event.
No Refunds for Cancellations Under 24 Hours
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. This is because at this point, it becomes extremely difficult for us to fill the spot and recover any costs associated with your attendance.
Transferable Tickets
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and you may not be able to attend an event even after the cancellation deadline has passed. In such cases, we allow ticket transfers. This means that you can give your ticket to someone else to attend the event in your place. Please inform us of the name change so that we can update our records accordingly.
