Bok Choy, also commonly known as Pak Choi, is a Chinese vegetable variety that is grown for a multitude of uses. It is a very old vegetable that has been growing since 400 AD. It is packed with vitamins A, C, K, and potassium, giving it the classification as a superfood. It is easy to grow and will expand the culinary experience in farm to table growing.

*Direct seeding in rich soil works best, about 4-6 weeks before the last average spring frost date.
