Taught by Ellen Gray
Ellen spent a decade baking pies at The Able Baker in Maplewood, NJ before stepping away to focus on writing and recipe development. She is a contributor to SAVEUR magazine and Food52, among others. Most nights you'll find her writing voraciously about pie at No More Mr. Nice Pie and most days pie-ing it forward to the Broadway community. When not in the kitchen or fulfilling her passion for theatre, Ellen can be found logging miles in anticipation of Ithaca's next half marathon.
